Explicit consent declaration for promotional, campaign and event related commercial electronic messages sent by OSKON.

Important: Under Article 3/1-(a) of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this document constitutes an explicit consent declaration only. The duty to inform is fulfilled through a separate document, the Contact Privacy Notice. You are advised not to give your consent before reading that notice.

My Explicit Consent

Having been informed by the data controller Oskon Otomasyon Pazarlama Elektrik End. İnş. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“OSKON”) through the Contact Privacy Notice, I declare and undertake that I give my explicit consent freely, on an informed basis and without being under any pressure or influence, to the following:

  • the processing of my full name, e-mail address and telephone number, on the basis of my explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK, for the promotion of the factory automation, robotics and intralogistics systems, MES/MOM software, OT cyber security and engineering services offered by OSKON, and for carrying out campaign, event, webinar, newsletter, advertising and marketing communications;
  • the sending of commercial electronic messages to me through e-mail (E-MAIL), short message (SMS) and telephone call (CALL) channels within this scope, pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce;
  • the upload of the record of this commercial electronic message approval by OSKON to the Message Management System (iys.org.tr) as an “approval” within three (3) business days, as required by Law No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages;
  • the processing of open and click records relating to the messages sent, under Article 5/1 of the KVKK, in order to measure the effectiveness of marketing communications.

Withdrawing Consent

I may withdraw the explicit consent I have given at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge, by using the “unsubscribe” link included in every commercial electronic message, the approval management at iys.org.tr, or the e-mail address kvkk@oskon.com.tr.

Withdrawal takes effect prospectively from the date it reaches OSKON and does not affect processing carried out before that date.

Consequence of Not Giving Consent

Giving this explicit consent is entirely optional. If it is not given, the request you submitted through the form is still evaluated; however, no promotional, campaign, advertising or marketing commercial electronic message is sent to you.
