Maintain storage conditions,
make access easier.

Rotating carriers bring products to the access point while the cooling system controls the temperature inside the enclosure. Software provides traceability for operations and storage conditions.

  • TemperatureControlled range: −20 °C to +8 °C.
  • DimensionsHeight: 2.5–6 m; load capacity: 300 kg per carrier.
  • SoftwareWMS integration, inventory and expiry date tracking.

/ IN THE FIELD

Humidity and temperature
are controlled inside the machine.

Klima Cargo is a temperature- and humidity-controlled storage system with rotating carriers, suited to pharmaceutical products requiring specific storage conditions. Its made-to-measure design adapts to customer requirements, providing secure storage under the correct conditions for medicines and other sensitive products.

  • InsulationPolyurethane insulated isothermal panels covering the entire outer surface.
  • CoolingMonoblock cooling consisting of an external condenser and an internal fan evaporator on top of the machine.
  • Electronic control panelControl, protection and traceability of refrigeration and air conditioning in a single panel.
  • Glass front coversGlass front opening for collection; anti-condensation lid and shutters.

/ APPLICATION AREAS

Key KLIMA CARGO
application scenarios.

01

Cold chain

Storage of temperature-sensitive medicines and vaccines.

02

Laboratory

Keeping reagents and samples in a controlled environment.

03

Cosmetics

Storage of formulations with temperature sensitivity.

04

Food

Management of product groups requiring a controlled environment.

/ WHY KLIMA CARGO

Six features that replace
a separate cold room.

Klima Cargo maintains the required conditions for sensitive products inside the machine, without a separate cold room installation.

01

Flexible scaling

Height up to 6 m; no need for a separate cold room installation.

02

Customizable carrier

Internal carriers are adjusted according to the geometric dimensions of the products.

03

Integrated cooling

Cooling equipment that acts as a timer, thermostat and digital thermometer.

04

Control Panel

All operations are managed and tracked on the electronic panel.

05

Touch screen

The interface between operator and machine.

06

Anti-condensation

Glazed covers and shutters that prevent condensation.

/ PROJECT APPROACH

Identify the material, measure the area,
and size the system together.

  1. Site surveyMeasure material types, volume, inventory turnover and available space.
  2. DesignMachine size, rack arrangement, software and integration scope are determined.
  3. CommissioningSetup, stock transfer, user authorization and training are completed.
